New Balance, a brand synonymous with quality, ensured by the long history it has behind it and the manufacturing process that this wonderful and comfortable footwear is based upon.
The New Balance company was founded in 1906 in Massachusetts. The shoemaker, William J. Riley, wanted to help people with foot and posture problems, by creating shoes and inserts that would offer optimum flexibility and support.
A long history with a huge number of models produced; personalised footwear for footballers, basketball players and runners.
And he didn’t stop there because in the 50s he became renowned for his social commitment thanks to the first running shoe to have a ripple sole.
The philosophy of New Balance is the key to its success: shoes of different shapes that adapt to every single foot.
Among the many models, today we want to talk about the legendary 574, a great classic that is always on-trend.
These sneakers were born in the mid-1990s as a more moderate version of the historic 576, and soon became a must-have item among young sneaker lovers in Japan, Italy and the USA.
The sneaker of the week is the very one in the brand new Palm Springs line, designed in pale pastel colours, resolutely summery.
Let’s take a look at the 3 new styles.
New Balance 574 Palm Springs grey: women’s shoes with suede and mesh upper featuring leather and fabric detailing. Rubber outsole with plastic reinforcements. With pink, black and aqua green trims.
