WOMEN TREND 2016 – Fitness and Soft Sport
It’s the beginning of the year and everybody wants to get fit for the good season and be healthier after the Christmas holidays.
This trend is getting more and more foothold and not just at this time of year.
Exercise, soft sport, a healthy diet are luckily becoming an everyday habit.
Also thanks to the numerous initiatives by popular brands which organise events that engage people and introduce them to the world of Fitness.
Among these brands, Nike has confirmed its place in the Hall of Fame of event planning and attention towards the female audience.
The fantastic Nike Women Week has just ended. A week of sports events dedicated exclusively to women.
Sport, training, fun and, why not, a little fashion, too, with the presentation of all the new Nike Sportswear collections.
And that’s not all! Nike even organised massage sessions with QC Terme experts, incredible culinary offers by Gnambox and, last but not least, a series of meetings with professional sportswomen such as volleyball player Cristina Chirichella, high jumper Alessia Trost, middle distance runner Federica Del Buono and gymnast Carlotta Ferlito.
Absolutely outstanding: Villa Quarzo (in via Joe Colombo 6) transformed into a welcoming home for the occasion – thanks to Lago Design.
Here, in addition to the different rooms where you could take part in private training sessions, there was a specially-equipped space to access exclusive services such as Sneaker Refresh, where you could leave your shoes and pick them up spotless clean at the end of the session, or the wonderful NikeID desk where you were offered guidance to customise the new Nike models.
Of course, there was also a nutritional expert present to give advice on a well-balanced diet or on the most effective sport activity based on your physical structure and goals.
Dulcis in fundo… all for free!
Stay tuned to get news on the next incredible events. In the meantime, create your perfect look choosing among all our new fitness and soft sport proposals.
