DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

You can choose among the following delivery methods: 

Home delivery with courier

Standard delivery costs are €10.00. For orders over €59.99, standard delivery costs are €7.00.

Delivery at a UPS Access Point

Delivery costs are €7.00. FREE delivery for orders over €59.99.

COURIER

For home delivery with courier AW LAB uses the service provided by SDA, along with its partners named below, for shipping:

GERMANY: DHL

FRANCE: CHRONOPOST

THE NETHERLANDS: SPRING

PORTUGAL: CTTEXPRESSO

For delivery at a UPS Access Point, AW LAB uses the service provided by UPS.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard home delivery with courier

From 3 to 5 working days from the date the goods are dispatched*.

In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays.

*Delivery only takes place on working days.

Delivery at a UPS Access Point

From 3 to 5 working days from the date the goods are dispatched.* When your order arrives at the UPS Access Point of your choice, you will receive an email. To pick up your order please remember to print and bring with you the Order Confirmation email and an ID document.

In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS AND RULES

Orders are only dispatched on working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

1. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
2. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
3. Delivery costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.

Delivery times will be extended by 2/3 working days for items ordered during sales or Christmas period.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order by accessing the Order History on My Account page. Go to the details of the order you want to track and click on the reference number in the column "Details". You will be redirected to the website of the courier handling the delivery, where you will be able to find the most recently updated information.

Note that you will not be able to track your order via the Internet if the courier has not updated its own system with information for the localisation of your order. It is therefore possible that on the day after your order confirmation, even if you have the tracking link, the information may not be available. However, the courier usually updates its own information within one working day of you receiving the link, so if you do not find the information the first time, do try again.

An order status might respectively be:

PROCESSING

This status indicates that your order has been transferred to the warehouse and that your items are being prepared for delivery.

COMPLETE

This status indicates that your items have left the warehouse and are now with the courier or have already been shipped by the courier. You can click on the courier's localisation link, provided alongside this status, and see where your parcel is currently located. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the link for tracking it.

CANCELLED

This status indicates that your order has been cancelled and you will therefore not receive the items you ordered.

MISSING PARCEL

If you do not receive the items within 15 working days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to service.eu@aw-lab.com
