HOW DO I USE THE ONLINE WEBSITE?

All the items of the collection are organised by brand, gender (men's/women's) and type (shoes, clothing, accessories). You can also filter search results by gender, brand, price range and colour. You can search products in two ways:

1. From the main menu, select the brand or gender and type of item, then use the filters on the left to select the gender, brand, price or colour of preference.

2. Use the free search box to search for any word or brand you may be interested in.

For shoes, once you are on the description page of the item you are interested in, check the size conversion chart, to be sure to select the correct size from the drop-down menu.You can purchase the item by adding it to the cart.You can pay with credit cart, prepaid rechargeable card or PayPal.

For purchases with home delivery, goods are shipped via the courier SDA at the address specified by the customer.

Delivery costs are €10.00 for orders under €59.90; €7.00 for orders over €59.90.

For purchases with delivery at a UPS Access Point, orders are shipped via the courier UPS at the UPS Access Point selected by the customer.

Delivery is free for orders over €59.90, for all the other orders delivery costs are €7.00.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE?

There is a drop-down menu in the product page of each item. The sizes shown in the drop-down menu are those available.

 

I CHOSE THE STANDARD DELIVERY AND I NEED TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF THE GOODS I HAVE PURCHASED. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the your order on this link.

 

I CHOSE THE STANDARD DELIVERY AND I NEED THE GOODS DELIVERED IN SPECIFIC HOURS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You cannot ask for delivery in custom hours. However, you can contact the courier SDA directly here and arrange the time of delivery by giving them the tracking number.

 

I CHOSE DELIVERY AT THE UPS ACCESS POINT AND I NEED TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF THE GOODS I HAVE PURCHASED. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND REGARDING AN ORDER, I WANT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the order has just been placed, contact the Customer Service immediately via email or phone and communicate the change or cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped you can no longer modify/cancel it.

 

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ITEMS I HAVE RECEIVED AND I WANT TO EXERCISE MY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
