The following terms ("General Terms of Sale") regulate the offer and sale of products on the website (the "Website") property of the company Compar S.p.A., based in Via A. Volta 6, 35010 Limena (PD), Italy (Registration number REA 53356 and VAT number 00362520280) (the "Company").

When placing an order, you automatically accept our General Terms of Sale. You are advised to carefully read the General Terms of Sale before placing an order for any product on the Website.


The General Terms of Sale regulate the offer and sale of products on the company website limitedly to the consumers.
The General Terms of Sale exclusively apply to products delivered to customers in Germany, France, Portugal, The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.


By placing an order, the customer declares having read and agreed to the General Terms of Sale available on the Website.


For purchases with home delivery, goods are shipped via the courier UPS at the address specified by the customer.

For purchases with delivery at a UPS Access Point, orders are shipped via the courier UPS at the UPS Access Point selected by the customer.

In both cases, delivery times are typically five working days maximum from the order confirmation date. Compar S.p.A. shall not however be responsible for any delays. Deliveries will be made only to Germany, France, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.


We ship our products via UPS:

Standard Delivery: €10.00 for orders under €59.90; €7.00 for orders over €59.90.

In case of Standard Delivery, please remember to provide and address where there is someone available to collect the parcel at delivery. 

If you cannot have the parcel delivered to your home address, please enter the address of a trustworthy person (family member, friend) or, if possible, your work address.
When the goods are delivered, remember to check that both the parcel and Company tape used to seal the parcel are in good conditions and that they have not been tampered with. 

Delivery at a UPS Access Point: €7.00 for orders under €59.90; FREE delivery for orders over €59.90.

In case of Delivery at "UPS Access Point" it is possible to track the shipment through the tracking number on the website

In case of Delivery at a UPS Access Point, you can pick up your order at the UPS Access Point of your choice within 10 days from the date of delivery, by simply showing your ID Document at the time of collection.

If you are unable to collect your order, you can authorise someone to pick it up for you. The person authorised must bring:

-          His/her ID document;

-          A written authorisation signed by the addressee of the order;

-          A photocopy of the ID document of the addressee of the order.

The sale price of the products, in Euros and VAT included, is the price in effect at the time the order is placed on the Website. Any change in the VAT rate could immediately affect the price. The price does not include shipping and handling costs. The total amount due (including any other expenditure added to the sale price, such as shipping costs) is indicated in the order summary page before the final confirmation of the order.

All banking details are protected with SSL encryption technology to ensure maximum confidentiality. The banking details will not be accessible by third parties on the internet.

The customer can withdraw from the contract within thirty working days after the receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can use the specific form (contract withdrawal form) inside the parcel.
The form shall be forwarded to the address indicated and with the specified methods. Customers exercising their right of withdrawal shall return - within thirty working days from the receipt of the goods - the product intact and in its original packaging, including original label/tag for clothing items and box for shoes, enclosing the product return form and proper purchase receipt document to:

The customer have to apply the return sticker he/she will find inside the parcel received on the outside of the box, removing any other labels or barcodes on the outside of the parcel.

With regards to the end-of-term date, the goods are intended as returned when handed over to the accepting post office or forwarder. 

Shipping of the product to the shipper shall be in the care and under the responsibility of the customer who shall bear all shipping costs.
The Company, upon proof by the customer that the product has been shipped back, or, at the latest, upon receiving the product returned and verifying that it is intact, shall reimburse the customer only for the amount corresponding to the price of the product paid by the customer.
The Company shall reimburse the corresponding amount through the same payment method used by the consumer.

The Company shall not reimburse return shipping costs.


Purchase of the product falls under the national legislation concerning sales contracts and warranties on consumer goods. Warranty shall cover products presenting any non-conformity defects and it shall not apply in case of neglect in the use and/or maintenance of the product. 


Purchasing on the website is reserved exclusively to individuals over 18 years of age.
The forms to exercise the right of withdrawal and to return the product shall be fill out in every part only by individuals over 18 years of age.


The contracts are intended as undersigned in Italy and are subject to the Italian Law.
