Nike Roshe Two release This sneaker has been a...
Another icon of the Jordan family is back: the Air Jordan 5.
A 1990s style, designed by the great Tinker Hatfield.
This release is one of a series of three Air jordan 5 models, designed as a tribute to the olympic medals.
Let’s not forget that in his career Michael Jordan has played and won at all levels. Are you interested in some figures?
Here you are!
6 NBA championship rings, 2 Olympic gold medals, 1 NCAA title, Rookie of the year in 1985, 5-time nominee as regular season’s best player, 6-time Finals MVP winner (virtually every time he played in the finals), 10-time NBA top scorer, top defensive player in the ‘87-’88 season, 14 convocations to the All Star Game, of which he was nominated as Most Valuable Player of the game 3 times, 2-time winner in the Slam Dunk Contest, member since 2009 of the Basketball Hall of Fame.
That’s his record of honours.
Not bad, right?
The “Metallic Pack” is a tribute, among his many wins, to the Olympic medal.
This remake in particular has been designed to celebrate the silver medal.
But don’t worry, two other releases are on their way.
In the meantime, let’s take a closer look.
Air Jordan 5 retro metallic silver: revisited, yet true to the original colour worn by Jordan.
In fact, it features black upper, red Jumpman and metallic silver tongue.
Another strength for true fans is the “Nike Air” logo printed on the heel, just like the Air Jordan 5 on MJ’s feet.
Do not miss it.
