If at the time of receiving your order the products purchased through our site do not meet your requirements, you may return your order and request a refund.

Your purchases may be returned to within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please follow the instructions in this section.

The shipping cost for returning items is entirely at the cost of the customer.

We accept no responsibility for shipments that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.


A full refund is possible if the items purchased are returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. If the return is made after the aforementioned period, or if the item shows signs of wear/damage or is not returned in its original and undamaged packaging, AW LAB will not accept the return and no refund will be made.

To return a product, follow these simple instructions:

1. Enter the Easy Return form to make your return request.

2. Enter the number of the order you intend to return, and the email address associated with it. If your order is not found, please check the order number you entered, if it is correct it means that your order has been placed more than 30 days ago and you can no longer request a return.

3. The list of ordered items will then appear, and you will have to select the items, the quantity to return and the reason for the return.

4. Once you have filled in the Easy Return form you will receive an email confirming your return request with the receipt of the return request in PDF format attached. You will then need to print this document and insert it into the package containing the returned items. It is very important that the PDF return receipt is inserted into the package, so that we can identify your return and provide a refund.

Warning: if you will not insert the return receipt into the package it will not be possible to obtain a refund for the returned product.

6. Make sure you have removed any other labels or barcodes on the outside of the package and choose the courier for the return shipment to the following address:

Make sure the item is returned in its original packaging, including the original label/price tag in the case of clothing items, and with the box intact in the case of shoes.

We recommend using a service that provides parcel tracking, for example SDA. You can then use the online courier tracking service to find out when the package will be received.

The shipment will be made at your expense and is your responsibility. Shipping costs are paid at the expense of the customer and are the customer's responsibility.

After receiving and verifying the product's integrity, Compar S.p.A. will refund the customer with the value of the product only. Please allow a period of up to 15 days to elapse after receipt of the returned product at the warehouse for the refund to be processed and sent..


The duration of the transit period of returned items is not in our control, but returns are processed as soon as possible after receipt.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will proceed to refund the returned items via the payment method used by you at the time of purchase. This takes approximately two days from the time of receipt for credit card repayments and about 10 working days from the time of receipt for refunds via bank transfer (D.lgs. 206/2005).


If the original purchase was made with a Credit Card, the (full) refund of the returned items will be automatically credited to the corresponding account of the card used. The time it takes to receive the credit may vary from one bank to another.

If a PayPal account was used, the refund for the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
