DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
You can choose among the following delivery methods:
Standard home delivery with courier (UPS)
Standard delivery costs are €10.00. For orders over €69,99, standard delivery costs are €7,00.
From 3 to 5 working days from the date the goods are dispatched*.
In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays.

Delivery at a UPS Access Point
Delivery costs are €7,00. FREE delivery for orders over €69,99.

When your order arrives at the UPS Access Point of your choice, you will receive an email. To pick up your order please remember to print and bring with you the Order Confirmation email and an ID document. In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays..

Germany, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.
For home delivery with courier AW LAB uses the service provided by UPS. For delivery at a UPS Access Point, AW LAB uses the service provided by UPS.
UPS Access Point delivery is not available for the following Countries:
Orders are only dispatched on working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.
1. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
2. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
3. Delivery costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.
Delivery times will be extended by 2/3 working days for items ordered during sales or Christmas period. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org
This indicates that your order has been received by the system but has not yet been processed by our order management team. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order.
This indicates that your order has been transferred to the warehouse and that the preparation of the items for shipment has been completed.
This indicates that the order has left the warehouse and is now with the courier.
This indicates that the courier has already delivered your order. You can click on the courier's localisation link, provided alongside this status, and see where your parcel is currently located. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the link for tracking it.service
This indicates that the return has been received and taken in by our warehouse.
RETURN IN PROCESS
This indicates that the return is being processed.
This indicates that the return has been completed and the relevant credit/refund note has been issued.
This indicates that your order has been cancelled and you will therefore no longer receive the goods ordered. In this case, you will receive an email informing you of the circumstances.
