Due to the Christmas holidays, orders will be processed from 30/12. We apologise for the inconvenience.

DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS

You can choose among the following delivery methods:

Standard Delivery with courier Delivery at a UPS Access Point
Standard delivery costs are €10.00.
For orders over €69,99, standard delivery costs are €7,00.
Delivery costs are €7,00.
Free delivery for orders over €69,99.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery with courier

Shipping times are from 3 to 5 working days from the date the order is placed.
In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays.

Delivery at a UPS Access Point

Shipping times are from 3 to 5 working days from the date the order is placed.
When your order arrives at the UPS Access Point of your choice, you will receive an email. To pick up your order please remember to bring with you the Order Confirmation email and an ID document.
In exceptional circumstances, this period may increase. Compar S.p.A. will not however be responsible for any delays.

WHERE IT IS DELIVERED

We shipped to Germany, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Luxemburg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia.

COURIERS

For Standard Delivery AW LAB uses the service provided by UPS. For delivery at a UPS Access Point, AW LAB uses the service provided by UPS.

UPS Access Point delivery is not available for Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are only dispatched on working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.


  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
  • All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
  • Delivery costs for returned items will NOT be refunded.

During Christmas and other holidays such as Black Friday, our courier service may experience delivery delays. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service by filling out the following FORM.

If you do not receive the goods within 10 working days of receiving the shipment confirmation email, please let our Customer Service know by filling out the following FORM.
