  • HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?

    Payment can be made by credit card, prepaid rechargeable card, or via PayPal.

  • HOW CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL AN ORDER?

    We're sorry, but orders cannot be changed or canceled.

    If you have changed your mind, you may return the items purchased no later than 30 calendar days since the delivery date.

  • I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER AND THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

    If you do not find the confirmation e-mail even in your SPAM folder and you have made sure that the payment has been made correctly, please contact our Customer Service by filling in the FORM.

  • I RECEIVED AN ORDER CANCELLATION EMAIL, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

    We are sorry, but your order has been cancelled because the item you ordered is no longer available. If, for any reason whatsoever, we do not have the product you purchased available, you will receive a communication informing you that we will not proceed with the shipment of the product (Communication of Cancellation). In this case, you will receive an automatic refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs, within a few days of receipt of the Cancellation Notice.
