And here we are again, as regular as clockwork with our weekly appointment. Today we will talk about the fabulous new Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit we have elected as sneakers of the week.
Let’s find out together why.
The new Free Flyknit 4.0 has two very important technologies integrated, that is, the flexibility of the Free outsole and the amazing Flyknit upper that gives unprecedented breathability and comfort.
Let’s examine all the technical features of this shoe in detail.
As we already said, the upper is made of Flyknit material, seamless and highly breathable. But there is much more, because the shoe also has the dynamicfit system that uses a flywire integrated into the lacing system to ensure a custom fit combined with a type of asymmetrical lacing from the side to the neck of the foot designed to reduce the pressure of the laces.
The midsole is made of Phylite and the low profile design provides a cushioned ride, the different types of flex grooves give greater flexibility all round. The drop between the heel and forefoot is 6 mm.
We end with a look at the sole, with a bevelled heel that wraps the foot, various rubber inserts positioned on the forefoot that provide grip and durability in this area subjected to significant stresses and finally we have the outsole inserts working with the Phylite midsole for a better impact absorption.
As always, Nike thinks both about the functionality and the aesthetics as well, so you can find these amazing Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit in many different colours, from darker shades to neon colours often in contrast with the opposite nuances.
Stay Tuned…and see you next week!
