Launched in 1972, the Adidas SL 72 originally belonged to an ultra-lightweight adidas running shoe line. They immediately made a name for themselves for their refined and minimalist silhouette and the combination of materials faithfully reproduced in this contemporary version. The thick EVA midsole is combined with a soft compound and a serrated sole for excellent grip. The fabric overlays on the reshaped leather upper and gold details add an even more sophisticated touch to the original aesthetic.
