WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
You can choose to ship your order:
• To your home by UPS courier for €10,00 or for €7.00 for orders over €69,99. Delivery guaranteed within 3-5 working days.
• To an UPS Parcel Shop by UPS courier for €7,00 or for free for orders over €69,99. Delivery guaranteed within 3-5 working days.
If the order is placed from Monday to Friday, it will be delivered to the chosen address within 3 to 5 working days (except for possible delays due to circumstances beyond our control). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
During Christmas and other holidays such as Black Friday, our courier service may experience delivery delays.For all details about shipment, please visit the dedicated section of the website.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Check the order tracking section by clicking here and enter your order number, email address and postcode to check the status of your order, or click on the tracking link in the order dispatch email.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS DELIVERED WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME?
If you realize you can't be home on the scheduled delivery day, no problem!
The courier will leave a notice in your mailbox with references to schedule a second delivery or to agree on the withdrawal in the deposit of competence -
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We are sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. Please wait for the courier to email you instructions to arrange delivery.
