CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We're sorry, but it's not possible to exchange items.
However, goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
For orders placed from November 22nd to December 31st, the return period is extended until January 31st, 2025.

I'VE MADE A RETURN. HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Refund will take place within 10 working days of when your return is received at our warehouse. These timeframes also depend on your bank and the payment method you use.
If after 10 days you have not been reimbursed, contact us or your bank.

WHY IF I ENTER THE ORDER NUMBER TO MAKE THE RETURN IT TELLS ME IT IS INCORRECT?
Please note, the order number always starts with 00429 and you will find it in the order confirmation email or in your MY ACCOUNT.
